In 2019, Marie Sahba released her debut single “Take Me Back”, later in 2022, Marie Sahba released her second EP “Azeri Baby”, where she pays a tribute to her late father who passed away in 2021. With lyrics in both English & Azerbaijani, Marie Sahba pays a tribute to her Azerbaijani Turkic heritage!
When she released the highly anticipated debut album “A Billion Years Too Soon” in February 2024, the famous Norwegian newspaper Dagsavisen gave it a perfect score and described the debut as “One of the best Norwegian albums of the spring”.

DJ Heyder, a prolific Azerbaijani music producer known for his innovative EDM remixes, brings a fresh, vibrant energy to Marie’s work. With a background in classical piano and a passion for EDM since 2014, Heyder has crafted remixes for major artists such as Dash Berlin, Zedd and Emin Agalorov and his original tracks continue to resonate across Europe (Insomniac).
