Discovering the land of our origin
The first official cultural bridge building project of CAN Following the footsteps of Thor Heyerdahl to Azerbaijan, we discovered the similarities between the two nations. The project is inspired by the beautiful friendship between Thor Heyerdahl and Heydar Aliyev, which started in August 1981. Their friendships inspired us to discover the similarities between the two nations.
In 2019 we started off the “Discovering The Land of Our Origin” project which we are beyond proud of. Together with the Norwegian blogger Jeanette Elise Hildebrandt and Creative Art Director Edmond Yang we traveled to Azerbaijan to confirm our theory that ignorance creates xenophobia.
